The quality was good. However on both mugs the handles were broken off upon receipt. I emailed the seller about this situation. Hope I get a replacement that works for me. This was supposed to be an anniversary gift.

The set of mugs arrived surprisingly quick and are good quality. When I made a request to customize the set with Papa instead of Dada, they quickly replied with a friendly yes absolutely. The mugs match if they aren't next to each other but I don't like that the boldness of the letters and the square pattern is slightly different on the Papa.

Mugs are not the mugs pictured - very basic, cheap white coffee mugs - one with a small chip. Printing is nicely done and did ship quickly.
